At High Creation Interior Projects Pvt. Ltd., we are committed to delivering quality products, materials, and workmanship across our projects. This Warranty Assurance outlines the warranty coverage applicable to the products and services provided by High Creation Interior and defines the terms, conditions, and exclusions governing such coverage.
The warranty applicable to each product or service may vary depending on its category, material, manufacturer, workmanship, and the specific terms mentioned in the relevant quotation, work order, project documentation, or warranty document.
By availing of our products and services, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to the warranty terms and conditions outlined in this Warranty Assurance.
All warranty claims shall be subject to verification and inspection by High Creation Interior or its authorized representative and will be addressed in accordance with the applicable warranty terms.
1. What Is Covered Under This Warranty
High Creation Interior, its authorized service partners, manufacturers, and suppliers may be responsible for supplying products and providing applicable warranty-related services, depending on the product or service category.
The warranty period varies according to the product, material, workmanship, manufacturer, and applicable warranty terms. Each product or service will be covered only for the specific warranty period stated in the applicable warranty document, product details, quotation, work order, customer agreement, or the warranty schedule provided below.
Unless otherwise specified, the warranty generally covers manufacturing defects and/or workmanship defects occurring during the applicable warranty period.
Any additional or extended warranty independently offered by a manufacturer, supplier, or service partner beyond the warranty provided by High Creation Interior shall be governed solely by the respective third-party terms and shall not create any additional liability for High Creation Interior unless expressly agreed in writing.
2. Warranty Coverage and General Exclusions
Warranty coverage varies depending on the product, material, or category of work.
The warranty applies only to manufacturing defects, material defects, or workmanship issues specifically covered under the applicable warranty terms.
The warranty does not cover damage or defects arising from:
Misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper handling.
Accidental or physical damage.
Normal wear and tear.
Improper cleaning, maintenance, or care.
Water, moisture, dampness, seepage, or leakage, unless specifically covered.
Termites, pests, insects, or other biological causes.
Chemicals, harsh cleaning agents, contaminants, or stains.
Unauthorized modifications, alterations, dismantling, repairs, or replacements.
Work carried out by unauthorized contractors, agencies, technicians, or third parties.
Structural movement or defects in the building, substrate, wall, floor, or existing construction.
External construction, renovation, drilling, alteration, or other third-party work.
Any other external cause not attributable to a covered manufacturing or workmanship defect.
3. Product and Service-Specific Warranty
3.1 Modular / Wooden Work — 10 Years
Modular and wooden work is covered under a 10-year warranty against applicable manufacturing defects and workmanship issues specifically covered under the applicable warranty terms.
The warranty does not cover:
Physical damage caused by impact, mishandling, or accidents.
Damage caused by prolonged exposure to water, moisture, dampness, or seepage.
Termite, pest, or insect damage.
Damage caused by improper use or overloading.
Damage caused by negligence or inadequate maintenance.
Any unauthorized modification, alteration, dismantling, repair, or replacement.
Any such unauthorized intervention may void the warranty for the affected product or component.
3.2 Loose Furniture — 5 Years
Loose furniture is covered under a 5-year warranty against applicable manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover:
Physical damage, breakage, scratches, dents, or impact damage.
Improper handling, misuse, or negligence.
Water, moisture, dampness, seepage, or leakage.
Termites, pests, or insects.
Damage caused by external factors.
Unauthorized modification, alteration, repair, or replacement of components.
3.3 Hardware — 3 + 7 Years
Hardware is covered under a 3 + 7-year warranty, subject to the specific warranty terms applicable to the product and/or manufacturer.
The warranty does not cover:
Heavy rust or corrosion caused by environmental conditions.
Exposure to moisture, chemicals, or unsuitable conditions.
Physical or mechanical damage.
Misuse or forced operation.
Improper handling or maintenance.
Unauthorized dismantling, modification, alteration, or repair.
Where the applicable hardware warranty is provided by the manufacturer, the manufacturer's warranty conditions shall also apply.
3.4 Laminate / Acrylic / Membrane — 1 Year
Laminate, acrylic, and membrane finishes are covered under a 1-year warranty against applicable manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover:
Scratches, cuts, chips, dents, or impact damage occurring after installation.
Damage caused by misuse or improper handling.
Harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaning materials.
Improper cleaning methods.
Inadequate maintenance.
Damage caused by external factors.
3.5 PU / Duco / Polish Finish — 1 Year
PU, Duco, and polish finishes are covered under a 1-year warranty against applicable manufacturing or finishing defects.
The warranty does not cover:
Scratches, cuts, dents, or impact damage.
Stains, colour spots, discoloration, or other physical damage caused after installation.
Chemicals or harsh cleaning products.
Excessive moisture or water exposure.
Improper cleaning or unsuitable maintenance methods.
3.6 POP / Gypsum False Ceiling — 1 Year
POP and gypsum false ceiling work is covered under a 1-year warranty against applicable material or workmanship defects.
The warranty does not cover:
Physical damage or external impact.
Cracks arising from structural movement or building movement.
Moisture, seepage, water leakage, or water exposure.
Changes in the building structure.
Damage caused by external construction, renovation, drilling, alteration, or third-party work.
3.7 Paint / Painting Work — 1 Year
Painting work is covered under a 1-year warranty against applicable defects in the covered painting work.
The warranty does not cover:
Physical impact or external damage.
Moisture, dampness, seepage, or water leakage.
External stains or contamination.
Cracks arising from structural movement.
Leakage or defects in the underlying wall or substrate.
Defects arising from existing or underlying construction conditions.
3.8 Electrical Wires / Cables — 20 Years
Electrical wires and cables are covered under a 20-year warranty, subject to the applicable manufacturer and product warranty terms.
The warranty does not cover:
External short circuits.
Electrical overloading.
Voltage fluctuations or power-related issues.
Physical damage.
Improper handling.
Unauthorized electrical modifications or alterations.
Electrical work or repairs carried out by unauthorized persons or external agencies.
3.9 Switches & Sockets — 1 Year
Switches and sockets are covered under a 1-year warranty against applicable manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover:
Physical or mechanical damage.
Breakage.
Misuse or improper handling.
Electrical overloading.
Short circuits caused by external factors.
Voltage-related issues.
Unauthorized modification or repair.
3.10 Ceiling Lights — 2 Years
Ceiling lights are covered under a 2-year warranty against applicable manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover:
Physical damage or breakage.
Water or moisture damage.
Improper handling.
Voltage fluctuations.
External short circuits.
Unauthorized modification or repair.
Damage resulting from improper installation or external intervention.
3.11 Spot Lights / COB Lights / Profile Lights / Decorative Lights — 1 Year
Spot lights, COB lights, profile lights, and decorative lights are covered under a 1-year warranty against applicable manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover:
Physical damage, breakage, or scratches.
Water or moisture damage.
Improper handling.
Voltage fluctuations or external short circuits.
Overheating caused by improper installation or external intervention.
Unauthorized modifications or repairs.
Damage caused by external agencies.
3.12 Plumbing Work — 7 Years
Plumbing work is covered under a 7-year warranty against applicable defects in the covered plumbing work.
The warranty does not cover:
Physical damage or external impact.
Misuse or negligence.
Unauthorized alterations or modifications.
Blockages caused by improper usage.
Foreign objects or materials introduced into the plumbing system.
Damage resulting from intervention by an external or unauthorized plumbing agency.
3.13 Civil Work — 1 Year
Civil work is covered under a 1-year warranty against applicable defects in covered workmanship.
The warranty does not cover:
Physical damage.
Moisture, seepage, or water leakage.
Water damage.
Structural movement.
Changes to the building structure.
Damage caused by external construction, renovation, drilling, alteration, or third-party work.
3.14 Wallpaper — 1 Year
Wallpaper is covered under a 1-year warranty against applicable manufacturing or installation defects.
The warranty does not cover:
Tearing, scratches, cuts, stains, or physical damage.
Improper handling.
Peeling caused by moisture, seepage, water leakage, or excessive humidity.
Damage caused by improper cleaning or maintenance.
3.15 Glass Work — 1 Year
Glass work is covered under a 1-year warranty against applicable manufacturing or workmanship defects.
The warranty does not cover:
Breakage, cracks, scratches, chips, or impact damage.
Accidental damage.
Improper handling.
Damage caused by external factors.
Thermal shock.
Unauthorized modification or alteration.
3.16 Louvers — 1 Year
Louvers are covered under a 1-year warranty against applicable manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover:
Physical or impact damage.
Scratches or dents.
Water or moisture damage.
Misuse or improper handling.
Unauthorized modification, alteration, dismantling, or repair.
3.17 Charcoal / Fluted Panels — 1 Year
Charcoal and fluted panels are covered under a 1-year warranty against applicable manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover:
Scratches, cuts, dents, or impact damage.
Other physical damage.
Moisture or water damage.
Misuse or improper handling.
Unauthorized modification, alteration, or repair.
3.18 Wall Design / Decorative Wall Finish — 1 Year
Wall designs and decorative wall finishes are covered under a 1-year warranty against applicable manufacturing or workmanship defects.
The warranty does not cover:
Scratches, cuts, dents, or impact damage.
Stains.
Moisture, seepage, or water damage.
Damage caused by drilling, renovation, alteration, or external work.
Unauthorized changes to the finished surface.
3.19 Labour / Job Work
Labour-only services, job work, and installation services where no material is supplied by High Creation Interior are not covered under a product warranty.
Where materials are supplied directly by a third-party manufacturer, supplier, or customer, any applicable warranty shall be governed by the terms and conditions of the respective manufacturer, supplier, or service provider.
High Creation Interior shall not be responsible for warranties independently offered by third parties unless such responsibility has been expressly agreed to in writing.
4. General Warranty Conditions
The applicable warranty period begins from the date of installation, completion, or handover, as specified in the relevant project documentation or warranty document.
Warranty claims must be raised with High Creation Interior within the applicable warranty period. The Company may inspect the product or completed work to determine whether the reported issue falls within the scope of the warranty.
Where a defect is determined to be covered under the applicable warranty, High Creation Interior may, at its discretion and subject to these terms, repair, replace, rectify, or otherwise address the covered defect.
The warranty is limited to the specific product, material, component, or category of work covered under the applicable warranty. It does not automatically extend to related or surrounding products, materials, finishes, or services.
Any damage caused by misuse, negligence, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, water or moisture exposure, pests or termites, external factors, unauthorized alterations, or third-party repairs shall generally be excluded from warranty coverage unless specifically stated otherwise.
Where a product is supplied with a separate manufacturer's warranty, the manufacturer's warranty terms and conditions shall also apply.
5. Warranty Applicability and Claim Process
The Customer must report any damage, defect, or warranty-related issue to High Creation Interior Projects Pvt. Ltd. within three (3) days of discovering the issue.
Upon receiving a warranty complaint, High Creation Interior will acknowledge the complaint and/or arrange an inspection within seven (7) days from receipt of the Customer's information, subject to site accessibility, Customer availability, and other reasonable operational requirements.
An authorized representative of High Creation Interior may inspect the product or work to determine whether the reported issue falls within the applicable warranty.
If the issue is confirmed to be covered under the warranty, High Creation Interior may repair or replace the defective part or undertake appropriate rectification, subject to the applicable warranty terms and conditions.
6. Conditions for Valid Warranty Coverage
Warranty coverage will apply only when the following conditions are satisfied:
6.1 Proper Care and Usage
The product must be properly cared for, handled, maintained, and used in accordance with the applicable care and maintenance instructions.
Products must be used only for their intended purpose and under normal residential/domestic conditions, unless otherwise specified.
6.2 Valid Proof of Purchase
The Customer must provide a valid invoice, work order,customer id or other applicable proof of purchase when submitting a warranty claim.
6.3 Original Purchaser
The warranty is applicable only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable unless expressly agreed otherwise by High Creation Interior in writing.
6.4 Original Installation Location
The product must remain at its original installation location.
Products that have been dismantled, relocated, modified, or reinstalled at another location without prior written authorization from High Creation Interior will not be covered under the warranty.
6.5 Valid Warranty Period
The warranty claim must be raised within the applicable warranty period specified for the relevant product or category of work.
Claims submitted after expiry of the applicable warranty period will not be covered.
7. Repair and Replacement
Any repair or replacement shall be carried out based on the product, material, design, finish, colour, and construction options available at the time the warranty claim is processed.
If a particular product, component, material, colour, finish, or design has been discontinued or is no longer available, High Creation Interior may replace it with a similar or comparable product or component, subject to availability.
The decision to repair, replace a particular component, or replace the complete product shall be made by High Creation Interior based on the inspection and assessment conducted by its authorized representative.
Replacement shall not necessarily mean replacement with an identical product, material, finish, colour, or design where the original item is unavailable or discontinued.
8. Unauthorized Repairs or Modifications
Any repair, alteration, modification, dismantling, relocation, or replacement carried out without prior authorization from High Creation Interior may void the warranty for the affected product, component, or area.
High Creation Interior shall not be responsible for damage or defects resulting from work carried out by an unauthorized person, contractor, technician, service provider, or external agency.
9. Terms and Conditions
High Creation Interior Projects Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of the products or services, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
The Customer's remedies under this warranty shall be limited to the repair, replacement, or rectification specifically provided under the applicable warranty terms.
The warranty period will not restart or begin afresh following any repair, replacement, rectification, or settlement of a warranty claim. The original warranty period will continue to run from its original commencement date.
High Creation Interior will not provide alternative accommodation to the Customer during any repair, replacement, or rectification work. Where accommodation is required, the Customer shall make their own arrangements.
10. Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover defects, damage, failures, or deterioration resulting from circumstances or factors beyond the reasonable control of High Creation Interior, including but not limited to:
A. Natural calamities: Earthquakes, cyclones, floods, storms, or other natural disasters.
B. Vandalism or intentional damage: Intentional damage, vandalism, or unauthorized acts by third parties.
C. Force majeure: Acts of God or other unforeseen events beyond the Company's reasonable control.
D. Misuse or negligence: Misuse, abuse, negligence, improper handling, or improper maintenance by the Customer.
E. Normal wear and tear: Deterioration arising from normal and regular use.
F. Chemicals and contaminants: Damage caused by chemicals, contaminants, stains, or other substances affecting the surface or product.
G. Building or substrate conditions: Defects, failures, cracks, movement, or other issues arising from the building structure, substrate, existing surface, previous coating, or pre-existing construction conditions.
H. Third-party intervention: Damage or defects caused by external works, alterations, modifications, repairs, drilling, renovation, or interventions carried out by third parties.
I. Other external factors: Any other external factor, circumstance, or event that is not attributable to a covered manufacturing defect, material defect, or workmanship defect.
11. Final Warranty Disclaimer
This Warranty Assurance should be read together with the applicable quotation, work order, project documentation, product warranty documentation, manufacturer's warranty, and other applicable terms and conditions issued by High Creation Interior.
In the event of any conflict between this Warranty Assurance and a specific written warranty applicable to a particular product or service, the specific product/service warranty terms shall prevail to the extent applicable.
High Creation Interior reserves the right to inspect, assess, and determine the applicability of warranty coverage in accordance with the terms stated herein.
This Warranty Assurance is subject to applicable laws and regulations.
